Colony Flow Level 159 presents a deceptive puzzle where you clear a green cat-like pixel portrait against a cyan checkerboard sky, but the challenge doesn’t end there.

The real obstacle emerges after the main character shrinks to a tiny green-and-orange remnant, leaving behind a detached cyan ceiling that blocks your path forward. This walkthrough breaks down the key mechanics and step-by-step solutions you need to navigate this tricky level.

The guide focuses on practical play strategies, including how to handle the shrinking sequence, position yourself for the final moves, and clear that stuborn ceiling obstacle.

Colony Flow Level 159 Walkthrough

Colony Flow Level 159 requires clearing a green cat-like pixel portrait, its cyan checkerboard background, and a detached ceiling strip that remains after the main image collapses. All ant streams pass through a single central hole below the door, using five colors: cream, black, light-cyan, green, and orange.

The main trap is assuming victory once the large portrait disappears. The level only completes after the tiny green-and-orange remnant, black 1, green 4, and the detached light-cyan ceiling strip all drain through the central hole.

How Level Works

Two-stage clear: The large portrait and cyan field disappear first, followed by a reduced icon and separate cyan ceiling band.

Perimeter traffic: Cyan and black ants need time to spread through the upper and side frame before large green or orange groups open, or the central hole becomes congested and strands pixels.

Buffer management: Five white pads provide routing space. Keep at least one available for cream 5 and the late mixed-color cleanup.

How to Play Colony Flow Level 159 - Full Solution

1. Start the cyan route. Tap light-cyan 34, then light-cyan 40. Once the first ants leave the central-hole approach, tap black 35. Hold cream 5 for later.

2. Let cyan and black spread. Allow the cyan wave through 33 / 30 / 26 / 23 while black groups clear the upper perimeter and side frame. Do not open large green groups while those routes remain crowded.

3. Clear the main portrait. Feed green 35 / 25 / 40 / 35 with light-cyan 38 / 40 to remove the face, ears, curled body, and checkerboard field. Leave one white buffer pad open.

4. Route the collapse. Run exposed black and green counters (black 40 / 40 / 31 / 26 / 24 / 16 / 13 / 11, green 30 / 24 / 18 / 7 / 4) as space opens. Add orange 20 and cream 5 only after the central hole clears enough to accept new streams.

5. Finish every piece. Clear the reduced icon with green 19 / 15 / 5 / 4, light-cyan 32 / 15 / 5, and the black tail stack. Run orange 11, then let light-cyan 36 / 12 / 2 drain while black 1 and green 4 continue. Wait for both the small green-and-orange icon and the detached cyan ceiling to disappear.

Common Mistakes

Opening green 40 or late orange while cyan and black ants still fill the upper and side perimeter hides the central hole and strands the eye or tail.

Using all five white pads during the first cyan/green wave leaves no room for cream 5 and the mixed cleanup.

Stopping when only the small green character remains. The detached cyan ceiling, black 1, and green 4 still require a long perimeter wait.

What if the Board Looks Finished but Victory Doesn’t Trigger?

Check for the detached cyan ceiling strip along the top edge and any remaining black 1 or green 4 pixels. These require a longer perimeter route than the main portrait. Wait for all ants to reach the central hole before the Colony Flow logo and Level 159 Victory appear.
