Colony Flow Level 36 requires clearing a heart-shaped formation where the win condition triggers only after the heart image itself disappears—not when the bottom grid looks empty.

This level delivers an unusually long refill sequence after you think you’ve finished: red tiles appear in waves (red 8, 12, 4, 6, 8, 3, 4, 10, 2, 4, 2, 1), followed by black refills (black 14, 6, 3, 9, 7, 1), all of which must connect and clear before the board registers as solved. This walkthrough breaks down the heart body structure, the outline mechanics, and the inner highlight colors that define the level’s flow patterns.

You’ll get a clear solve path that accounts for the full refill cycle, so you know exactly when the level actually ends and how to maintain clean connections through each wave of new tiles.

Colony Flow Level 36 Walkthrough

Colony Flow Level 36 is a compact heart-shaped board where cyan background and large red heart body share one dirt trail with a thick black outline, a small green corner cluster, grey accent column, and tiny yellow highlights. The main challenge is managing the single shared path from the ant hole to the artwork—every color uses this route, so overlapping waves blocks traffic and strands refills. The five empty white slots in the top active row act as reserved buffer space for delayed red, cyan, yellow, and black refills that rise later.

Cyan clears the background around the heart, grey removes the narrow left-side accent column, green clears the small lower-left cluster, red handles the largest portion of the heart through a long refill chain, yellow clears small interior highlights, and black removes the outline.

How to Solve Colony Flow! Level 36 — Full Solution

Tap the cyan 20 stack on the left of source row 1.

Cyan ants walk the dirt path to the cyan background. Wait until they clear the bottom edge of the pixel art beforeapping the next stack.

Tap the grey 18 stack in the middle of source row 1.

Grey clears the vertical accent column along the heart’s left side. Leave one beat between cyan and grey so the background is mostly cleared before the column starts.

Tap the green 17 stack at the right of source row 1 when it rises.

Green removes the small cluster near the lower-left. Leave one beat before the next wave.

Hold the remaining stacks during opening cleanup.

Do not tap red 17, yellow 16, cyan 14, red 15, black 18, or the cyan20 in source row 3 yet. Keep the five white buffer slots empty for delayed refills.

Start the red heart body with red 17 from the left of source row 2.

When red15 from source row 3 rises, tap it. Continue clearing red refills in rising order: red 8, 12, 4, 6, 8, 3, 4, 10, 2, 4, 2, 1. Red is the longest sequence. Wait one beat between red waves ifants are still on the dirt trail.

Clear yellow after the current red wave drains.

Tap yellow 16 from the middle of source row 2, then yellow 8 and yellow 2 refills as they appear. Yellow shares the route with red, so leave one beat between waves.

Clear the outline and background.

Tap black 18 from the middle of source row 3, then cyan 20 from the right of source row 3. Clear black refills (black 14, 6, 3, 9, 7, 1) and cyan refills (cyan 8, 10, 18, 15, 1) as they rise.

Finish with the final cleanup stacks.

Tap the last cyan 1 and black 1 stacks to clear remaining background and outline cells. The level completes when the board is empty.

Quick Tips

Does Level 36 Require Practice Rounds?

Levels 34–35 are useful practice because they also reward controlled pacing and buffer preservation rather than clearing every visible stack immediately. Level 36 combines late-game mechanics into one heart-shaped layout: background clearing, detail colors, outline, and repeated refill chains.
